To start your Brainzyme® subscription, simply go to the page of your chosen product, select your chosen quantity and click the “Subscribe & Save'' option. Choose the delivery frequency you desire (30, 60, 90 or 180 days), then add to cart and proceed to checkout.
By subscribing, you’ll receive a generous 16% discount on your first order and every recurring order. Additionally, you can easily earn Medals and receive Cash Vouchers to apply to your subscription for an additional discount. With a subscription, you'll never run out of your favourite Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements.
To cancel or skip your subscription, simply click on the ‘Account’ icon (see below) at the top right of any page.
Enter the email address you used to place your subscription order. You will receive an email with a link which will take you to the subscription portal. Then select “View Subscription”.
To skip your next delivery, simply click on the "Skip delivery" option which is located beside your next scheduled delivery date.
To cancel your subscription, simply select “Cancel my subscription” which can be located underneath your payment method information.
Please note: Cancelling or skipping your subscription only affects future deliveries. This will not cancel or refund subscription orders that have been placed or shipped - but don't worry, you can always return them following our 365-dayRefund Policyor contactsupport@brainzyme.usfor assistance.

The initial payment for your subscription will be withdrawn at the time of checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (at your chosen frequency), at which time your payment card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping fees until you cancel your subscription.
Signing up to Brainzyme® subscriptions will give you a discounted price of 16% for your first and future recurring purchases.
If you have a valid discount code or Medal’s Cash Voucher you can apply it during checkout or to an existing subscription in the Subscription Portal which will provide an additional discount on top of the 16% off for subscription purchases.
Some codes can only be used once and are therefore limited to the first subscription purchase. Other codes can be used for a discount on all subscription purchases and will be applied automatically.
