Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can try Brainzyme® completely risk-free. If you are not satisfied, simply return all items within 365 days for a full refund or exchange.![]()
Returns
You can return or exchange your items within 365 days. To be eligible, your capsules must be in the original packaging. We will accept:
- Any number of returned UNUSED packs
- Up to 1 returned OPENED pack (per Brainzyme® formula)
To start your return or exchange, simply email us at support@brainzyme.us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-3 working days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@brainzyme.us. This could be because your item is defective, damaged, or you'd simply like to switch to a different Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula. Any price difference will either be refunded to you or we'll send a payment link for the remaining balance.

Please add an order reference (e.g. order number) to your return.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
