Items must be in their original packaging.

Add your order number to the parcel so we can match it up quickly. Return shipping is at your expense and isn't refundable.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 1-3 working days.

Exchanges
Fancy a different formula? Email us at support@brainzyme.us and post your original items back using the address above. Once they arrive, we'll send your new choice and settle any price difference either way.

Faulty or damaged items
If something arrived faulty or damaged, email us at support@brainzyme.us. We'll sort a replacement for you.
