I'm very impressed. It was worth a try - I had been feeling like I was getting ill more often and slowly getting "brain fog". I never thought I'd notice the Focus vitamins so strongly. I haven't felt this fit, this clear-headed and this centred in a long time. It's like a whole new awareness.

I rarely write a review. And I was extremely sceptical.
I tested all 3 products from the Starter Bundle.
And I took 2-4 capsules each time (sometimes another 2 four hours later).
I learned from a YouTube video that the Elite Pro needs to be stored in the fridge.
The effects:
For 3-6 hours I was really focused and ALERT. Yet I still felt calm and grounded. You get a dry mouth but they do recommend drinking plenty of water.
PERSONALLY, and this is just my opinion, I like the blue capsules best. I don't know why but these got me through the day the best. I'm impressed - really... Anyone who has concentration problems should give these capsules a try.
After 6 hours you do notice the effect wearing off and you get tired. (They don't give you a buzz like coffee - you're somehow more focused and less distracted)

Ladies, I also take it when..yes, I have my period, the time when I feel knocked out and exhausted, and it helps a lot too!!
A tip:
In the morning, 2 hours before getting ready for anything (work, sport....) on an empty stomach, 3 capsules that I open and pour the powder into a glass of water...
Then wait 15 min... the effect is felt much faster this way (well.. it's not very delicious... anyway) it's worth it this way..
Then breakfast (fresh fruit smoothie) especially no coffee when you take Focus Brainzyme.. you deteriorate the benefits.
On weekends I go down to two capsules..
There you go... that's the trick and it's been like this for 9 years...
